2007 Schedule :  OUTDOOR ART SHOWS ARE FROM 10 AM TO 4 PM Public Library, 142 Main Street, Sandwich Village ~ Front Lawns on the following SATURDAYS: June 16th July 7th and 21st August 25th September 8th and 29th Proceeds from our shows benefit Student Scholarships, Bourne and Sandwich Public Libraries, and the Cape Cod Community College. SUNDAY ARTIST DEMONSTRATIONS - Public Library, 142 Main Street, Sandwich Village ~ Lower Level March 11th: Jenny Kelley, fine artist, will demonstrate her technique of making polymer clay jewelry using the millifiori (thousand flowers) technique. April 15th:   Elizabeth Friend, art historian and lecturer will present: "American Folk Art" ... a review of art and antiques from 1776 to 1876. May 6th:       Sarabeth Gall, artisan, will share her methods for inking and making a variety of hand-stamped gifts and cards. All demonstrations are from 2-4 pm, are Free of charge and Open to the Public. A brief meeting precedes the demonstration and light refreshments will be served following the demonstration. About Sandwich Arts & Crafts Association The Association is a non-profit organization dedicated to furthering the Arts in Sandwich. Sunday afternoon meetings are held through the year featuring a guest speaker or demonstrator from the Arts & Crafts community. Refreshments are served following the demonstration.  Summer Art shows in Sandwich are sponsored and run by Association members.   The Ben E Neill Memorial Scholarships are awarded annually to a Bourne and a Sandwich High School student entering further education in Fine Arts. Interested students should contact their school Art Department to apply.  A scholarship is also offered to an Arts student attending Cape Cod Community College.       Ginny Sutherland's Floral Show Tent
